Sindh GPF Subscription Rates 2026–27 Revised—Check New BPS-Wise Monthly Deduction

The Government of Sindh, Finance Department, has issued an important notification regarding the revision of monthly subscription rates towards the General Provident Fund (GPF) for civil employees of the Government of Sindh.

According to Office Memorandum No. FD(SR-III)3-2029/2026 (Prov-I), dated 21st October 2026, the Finance Department has approved revised monthly GPF subscription amounts following the revision of basic pay scales for civil employees under the new Pay Scales 2026.

This notification provides the revised BPS-wise monthly subscription amounts from BS-
1 to BS-22.

New GPF Subscription Rates 2026–27

As mentioned in the official notification, the minimum rate of monthly GPF subscription will be calculated according to the following percentages of the mean pay:

When Will the Revised GPF Deduction Be Implemented?

According to the Finance Department notification:

1. The revised subscription amounts shall be deducted from the pay of employees as per the new Pay Scales 2026.

2. The revised subscription shall be made in October 2026, payable on 14th November 2026.

3. The revised rates will remain applicable until further orders.

4. Employees will not have the option to postpone GPF subscriptions during leave, except extraordinary leave without pay, or during the training period.

Important Information for Sindh Government Employees

All civil employees of the Government of Sindh should check their respective Basic Pay Scale and the corresponding monthly GPF subscription amount mentioned in the notification.

DDOs, Drawing and Disbursing Officers, and concerned Accounts Offices should take necessary action in accordance with the Finance Department's instructions.

Employees are advised to keep a copy of the notification for future reference and check their monthly salary slips to ensure that the revised GPF subscription is correctly reflected.
