سرکاری ملازمین، پنشنرز، ڈرائنگ اینڈ ڈسبرسنگ افسران (DDOs)،  محکمہ خزانہ سندھ کے لیے ایک اہم پیش رفت سامنے آئی ہے۔ اکاؤنٹنٹ جنرل سندھ نے 22 جون 2026 کو جاری کردہ سرکلر نمبر AGS/TM/Circular/2025-26/210 کے ذریعے پے رول اور مائیکرو پیمنٹ گیٹ وے (MPG) کی سرگرمیوں کا نیا شیڈول جاری کر دیا ہے۔

اس اقدام کا مقصد سرکاری ملازمین کی تنخواہوں، پنشن، سپلیمنٹری بلز اور جی پی فنڈ کی ادائیگیوں کو مزید منظم، بروقت اور شفاف بنانا ہے۔

نیا پے رول شیڈول

✅ ماہانہ تنخواہ

  • پے رول شیڈول: ہر ماہ کی 20 تاریخ

  • MPG اجرا: ہر ماہ کی 25 تاریخ

✅ ماہانہ پنشن

  • پے رول شیڈول: ہر ماہ کی 21 تاریخ

  • MPG اجرا: ہر ماہ کی 26 تاریخ

✅ سپلیمنٹری پے رول

  • پے رول شیڈول: ہر ماہ کی 28 تاریخ

  • MPG اجرا: ہر ماہ کی 29 تاریخ

✅ آف سائیکل تنخواہ

  • پے رول: 5 اور 15 تاریخ

  • MPG اجرا: 6 اور 16 تاریخ

✅ آف سائیکل پنشن

  • پے رول: 4 تاریخ

  • MPG اجرا: 6 تاریخ

✅ جی پی فنڈ فائنل ادائیگی و ایڈوانس

  • ہر ہفتے، 20 تاریخ سے قبل

اہم ہدایات

سرکلر کے مطابق تمام پے رول افسران کو لازم قرار دیا گیا ہے کہ MPG کے لیے End-ID مقررہ تاریخ سے ایک دن قبل جمع کرائیں۔ مقررہ وقت کی پابندی نہ کرنے کی صورت میں تادیبی کارروائی بھی عمل میں لائی جا سکتی ہے۔

اگر شیڈول کی کوئی تاریخ سرکاری تعطیل پر آتی ہے تو متعلقہ کارروائی اگلے ورکنگ ڈے پر انجام دی جائے گی۔

سرکاری ملازمین، اکاؤنٹس افسران اور متعلقہ محکموں کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ وہ اس نئے شیڈول پر سختی سے عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنائیں تاکہ تنخواہوں، پنشن اور دیگر مالی ادائیگیوں میں کسی قسم کی تاخیر نہ ہو۔

Accountant General Sindh Issues Revised Payroll and MPG Schedule for Government Employees

The Office of the Accountant General Sindh has issued an important circular dated 22 June 2026, introducing an updated schedule for Payroll and Micro Payment Gateway (MPG) activities.

The revised schedule aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and timely disbursement of salaries, pensions, supplementary payrolls, and GP Fund payments across Sindh Government departments.

Revised Payroll Schedule

Regular Monthly Salary

Payroll Date: 20th of every month
MPG Execution Date: 25th of every month

Regular Monthly Pension

Payroll Date: 21st of every month
MPG Execution Date: 26th of every month

Supplementary Payroll

Payroll Date: 28th of every month
MPG Execution Date: 29th of every month

Off-cycle Salary Payroll

Payroll Dates: 5th and 15th
Execution Dates: 6th and 16th

Off-cycle Pension Payroll

Payroll Date: 4th
Execution Date: 6th

GP Fund Final Payments and Advances

Processed weekly before the 20th of each month.

Mandatory Instructions

Payroll officers are required to submit MPG End-IDs one day before the scheduled execution dates. Failure to comply may lead to disciplinary proceedings.

If an execution date falls on a public holiday, the process will automatically shift to the next working day.

  The government of Sindh issued a notification of an increase in the salary of government employees .
