  The government of Sindh issued a notification of an increase in the salary of government employees . According to the notification issued by the Finance Department, the salaries of all the employees from grade 1 to 16 in the subordinate institutions of the Sindh government have been increased by 35 percent and the wages of all employees above grade 17 have been increased by 30 percent as ad-hoc allowance. which will be given on the existing basic pay. Apart from this, a notification has been issued to increase the grade wise in all employees' deputation/travel allowance. Remember that this increased allowance will be applicable from 1st July 2023.

These regulations ensure merit-based promotions while maintaining administrative efficiency. 1. Promotion from BS-18 to BS-19 Eligibility Criteria: The officer must have completed the required length of service in BS-18. Must have a clean service record without major disciplinary actions. Must have completed mandatory training (if required for the cadre). Promotion Process: Recommendations from the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) . Evaluation based on Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) , service records, and performance. Availability of a vacant post in BS-19.
